Project Objective: As part of the project's implementation, it is planned to recruit women arriving in Poland after 24.02.2022 from Ukraine, who will undergo a skills diagnosis and then take part in planned classes aimed at improving basic skills, i.e. Polish language classes at two levels (basic and advanced) and classes in planned modules: Institutions in Poland, Basics of Job Search in Poland and Working Legally in Poland. The entire support process will end with a validation to verify the acquired knowledge.
Planned effects: The implementation of the project will contribute to the activation of women arriving in Poland after 24.02.2022 from Ukraine on the Polish labor market. Participants will take Polish language classes, learn about tools and principles of job search, create documents and learn more about employment opportunities and dealing with official matters, which will contribute to increasing their basic skills and better adaptation and functioning in the new place.
